Capacity Building Workshop in the Diyala Province for the Iraqi Ministry of Interior

A training workshop for the security forces of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior on the similarities between international humanitarian law and Islamic law in dealing with missing persons and their families was organised by CPI and the Permanent National Committee for International Humanitarian Law, in cooperation with the Prime Minister’s Office, at the Diyala Governorate Police Training Academy on 30-31 May 2022. A diverse group of 36 trainees from different districts of Diyala Governorate participated in the workshop.
