Workshop on the “Law of Missing Persons Affairs”

A workshop on the “Law of Missing Persons Affairs” was held in Erbil on 1-2 June 2023, with the aim of rewriting and proofreading some of the articles in the draft of this law. The meeting was attended by representatives of various governmental bodies: the Prime Minister’s Office, the Council of State, the Ministry of Justice, the Permanent National Committee on International Humanitarian Law, the Kurdistan Regional Government.
