A limited Arab Force has allegedly arrived in Aden and participated in the airport battles. In parallel to this, the Popular Resistance and a tribal alliance have made progress in fighting against Houthi rebels in Taiz and Marib. Some described the recent statements by Iranian vice-Foreign Minister, Hussein Amir Abdollahian, as the strongest recognition so far, of Teheran’s involvement in Yemen. Abdollahian told an Iranian News Agency \u00ab\u00a0We will not allow others to threaten our common security with military adventures\u00a0\u00bb. According to observers, strikes on Sanaa airport and clashes which ended by the Popular Resistance taking control of Aden airport will limit the arrival of the Iranian military support for the Houthi militia, a support denied so far officially by Teheran. In the absence of an indicator for a possible political solution, the humanitarian crisis continues to grow in Yemen. The Senegalese Foreign Minister, Mankeur Ndiaye, said on Monday May 4th during his speech before the Senegalese Parliament that the Coalition seeks to defend the holy sites in Mecca and Medina.
