Le 3 d\u00e9cembre, le bombardement revendiqu\u00e9 par Al-Qa\u00efda de la maison du nouvel ambassadeur iranien a fait de nombreux morts et bless\u00e9s. L&#8217;id\u00e9e d&#8217;une opposition arm\u00e9e devient de plus en plus pro\u00e9minente parmi de nombreux jeunes et les diff\u00e9rentes tribus y\u00e9m\u00e9nites. Pour certains, cette approche met en \u00e9vidence le refus y\u00e9m\u00e9nite de la pr\u00e9sence iranienne au Y\u00e9men. D&#8217;autres estiment que cette violence permettrait de justifier un discours et des actions s\u00e9curitaires.<\/p>\n<p>Samedi 6 d\u00e9cembre, une op\u00e9ration rat\u00e9e de sauvetage des otages Luke Somers (am\u00e9ricain) et Pierre Korkie (sud-africain) men\u00e9es par les forces sp\u00e9ciales am\u00e9ricaines et les forces y\u00e9m\u00e9nites dans la province de Shabwa au sud-est du Y\u00e9men aurait caus\u00e9 la mort d&#8217;un certain nombre des membres d&#8217;Al-Qa\u00efda ainsi que de civils. Certains analystes soulignent l&#8217;imprudence et l&#8217;impopularit\u00e9 d&#8217;une telle op\u00e9ration tandis que des signaux positifs de n\u00e9gociations \u00e9taient visibles.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaraby.co.uk\/politics\/0188d103-ca67-44ec-a097-31025bbd5505\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.alaraby.co.uk\/politics\/0188d103-ca67-44ec-a097-31025bbd5505<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>3) EGYPTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong><strong>\u00bb <\/strong><\/strong>06.12.2014 : Le Scandale de la Fuite des Enregistrements Sonores<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La cha\u00eene de diffusion satellite en faveur des Fr\u00e8res Musulmans \u00abMokameline\u00bb a diffus\u00e9 des enregistrements de conversations t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 des dirigeants militaires dans lesquels il est question de falsifier la date et le lieu de d\u00e9tention du pr\u00e9sident Mohammed Morsi lors de sa premi\u00e8re disparition. Selon la cha\u00eene, les enregistrements d\u00e9finissent le lieu de d\u00e9tention comme \u00e9tant alors le bureau du ministre de la d\u00e9fense de l&#8217;\u00e9poque, \u00e0 savoir Abd Alfattah Sissi. Toujours selon la cha\u00eene, les enregistrements r\u00e9f\u00e9rent \u00e9galement \u00e0 une conversation entre le membre du conseil militaire, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Mahmoud Sahine, le commandant de la marine et Oussama El-Joundi, alors responsable de la d\u00e9tention de Morsi dans laquelle il est dit que \u00ab la question de l&#8217;espionnage \u00e9chouera \u00bb, car Morsi \u00e9tait d\u00e9tenu dans un endroit ill\u00e9gal du 3 au 7 juillet jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 son transfert dans la prison Tora.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse, le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e9gyptien a publi\u00e9 une d\u00e9claration disant qu&#8217;une enqu\u00eate criminelle sur les actes de diffusion des fausses informations et des rumeurs malveillantes attribu\u00e9es faussement \u00e0 des dirigeants de l&#8217;Etat avait \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte et visant \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir les Fr\u00e8res musulmans coupables de ces enregistrements.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaraby.co.uk\/politics\/9d8fb09c-52d6-4e5c-bbd5-221f344878d3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.alaraby.co.uk\/politics\/9d8fb09c-52d6-4e5c-bbd5-221f344878d3<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>4) SAHEL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mali :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong><strong>\u00bb <\/strong><\/strong>06.12.2014 Parties Opened to a Next Round of Negotiations in 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an outcome document of the last round of peace negotiations that took place in Algiers in November, the mediation team shared with participating parties a &#8220;Project agreement for peace and reconciliation in Mali&#8221; (&#8220;Projet d&#8217;accord pour la paix et la r\u00e9conciliation au Mali&#8221;). According to members of the government, this document is very similar to the one that resulted from the precedent round of negotiations but shall serve for the elaboration of a final agreement. They noted with satisfaction that it does not infringe the red lines and respects the principle of territorial integrity as well as the republican character and secularity of the State. They reiterated their commitment to pursue efforts towards peace in a spirit of openness and tolerance. Nevertheless, from the side of armed groups, there seem to be internal tensions and divisions regarding the continued claim for federalism in the final agreement. Another blockage might also come from the refusal of the Azawad Movements&#8217; Coalition \u2013 HCUA, MNLA, MAA and CPA \u2013 to sign a comprehensive agreement together with other movements united under the \u00ab platform \u00bb &#8211; MAA, part of CMFPR and GATIA &#8211; considered too close to Bamako.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fr.africatime.com\/mali\/articles\/pourparlers-dalger-des-equivoques-lever\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/fr.africatime.com\/mali\/articles\/pourparlers-dalger-des-equivoques-lever<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chad :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong><strong>\u00bb <\/strong><\/strong>06.12.2014: Algeria, Sudan, Tunisia and Chad Meet to Discuss the Fate of Libya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Ministers of Foreign Affairs from Algeria, Sudan, Tunisia and Chad met last Thursday in Khartoum to discuss the future of Libya within the framework of the 5th conference of the neighboring countries of Libya. As a result of their meeting, they agreed to call for a ceasefire to all parties concerned, and agreed on the establishment of an inclusive dialogue and the drafting of a new Constitution. They reiterated their will to be part of all initiatives aiming at finding a solution to the current conflict that affects Libya and surrounding region. They highlighted the need to respect the unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Libyan State. From its side, the UNSMIL is striving to set up a meeting between parties to the conflict this week.<\/p>\n<p>At least three Chadian soldiers from the MINUSMA were injured last Tuesday after their vehicle exploded on a mine at Aguelhoc, in the Northern part of Mali.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Niger :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong><strong>\u00bb <\/strong><\/strong>08.12.2014: Algeria is Sending Back Thousands of Migrants from Niger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the Algerian Red Cross, Algeria started to repatriate thousands of migrants from Niger, mainly women and children. A first group of 318 persons was sent to an accommodation centre at Tamanrasset last Saturday and will be transferred to Agadez, northern part of Niger. This repatriation process was announced last month by the Prime Minister of Niger and is being undertaken in collaboration with authorities from Niger.
